Preparedness and Training, LLC was founded in 2007 as a way of making a little extra money on the side and since that time we have grown into a full-time organization, reaching 1000’s of individuals each year, teaching high quality CPR, custom seminars and health & safety workshops.

We pride ourselves on the flexibility to meet our customers’ and students’ needs. We can offer multiple classes in multiple locations with our partnerships and employees. We can travel to you, or you can come to us for your training needs.

Barbara Jackson MS, CHES, NR-AEMT

CEO / Owner / Instructor

Barbara Jackson-Haney received her Master’s Degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Arkansas and earned her national credentials from the National Commission of Health Education Credentialing as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). Barbara is also a licensed training provider for the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, National Safety Council, Health and Safety Institute, American CPR and a few other curricula. She has been teaching a variety of health and safety classes since 2007. Barbara also holds her National Registry Advanced EMT License as well as EMT instructor.
